My issue is not with you acknowledging the existing Hellfire Legion lore - that's a good thing, in fact. The initial problem is that it simply looked like you were copying it without acknowledging its origins. Having your own section act the end, about how you are part of the greater NPC faction, is a good start, but it needs some work. Consider that the founding members of HF fled Liberty before the start of the recent Rheinland-Liberty war. There was a suggestion earlier about how your group could be recent defectors to the cause, which would permit easier integration.
Also, the HF ID you currently have listed in the OP is out of date. That's the ID of the [HF] when it was official, not the current open HF ID.
Furthermore, this sort of "roleplay" is immature and ineffective at communicating anything meaningful. Simply laughing and saying "we are the best simply because we exist" is not usually considered an acceptable attitude from any faction, whether Official or not.
PS. Having character names left over from "The Vons"... that's pretty weak.
