No.
LNS do that intentionally to piss the pirate off. It is like. If you say that, the first thing that goes through the other's mind is "But that is not fair! I can't even do anything about you! How can you even say that!" and the person flying the pirate gets upset.
It is your basic psychological warfare. And it is directed OORPly, which makes it even more effective.
