With the recent increase of the activity of Rheinland unlawfuls, as well as the constant flow of kruger and Republican shipping, I would suggest giving Rheinland lawful forces a go. It would contribute to the activity in the area, and keep it balanced. Not sure how do they play out in the rp/commitment area.
In the same thought pattern, maybe the Wild or the GRN would welcome another pilot with their colors.
