I try to optimize power drain of the bulk of my weapons to accomadate my heavy hitters. Meaning while Im fireing I want continueous fire and I wnat my battery chargeing at the same time so, I will be able to fire heavy guns with no pause in my fireing stream. With these guide line I buy the best my money can afford balanced by my RP. However there seem to be many that feel that Cap weapons are free for all so, that give mush more to work with.
