For sure: If I hug sun after losing some equipment. When I respawn, I'll get it back? Because cloak with 100000 armour nis too vulnerable think for that horrible cost.

If you don't dock after losing it, but instead die somehow, you will get everything back, yes. Just docking removes it forever. Happened to me aswell, sucks, but you just move on and maybe somewhen buy a new one.
