Can we have some rules against certain types of PoB placement?

I got robbed several times inside a eining field right next to the PoB with shields up. The pirate was skilled enough to keep the base shield up, avoid weapons fire (which is somewhat easier due to the asteroids), and keep me at gunpoint. If the pirate cannot carry this out, he should pirate elsewhere. The pirate is flying a gunboat/cruiser? Well, he should hop in a bomber and try again.

I agree with Marabu on the tranportation part. PoBs in mining fields have the potential to generate more activity. However, I recently noticed the tendency that people want only to haul the ore, no one really wants to mine it (but this is an other topic).

Lythrilux, I remember when you made a similar "PoBs in ore fields are bad" thread regarding Saltese, saying it killed piracy in Humboldt. Some time later you said it yourself that the base increased activity and encounters, and you were wrong. Now, you find this problematic, again?
