Zoners,

I am Mio Akiyama 3IC of Freeport 11, the Acting Administrator and next in line to lead Freeport 11. Currently our Administrators are being held hostage in Baffin. We are seeking a non-violent solution to this, and have offered the TAZ a peaceful chance to safely hand over John Douglas, Tobias Parkes and their delegations.

As per our security lockdown, with both the leader and the secondary leader away, I will take command as per their last orders.

We call on the Confederation of Freeports to use whatever power they have at their disposal to recall Administrators Douglas and Parkes.

As per standing orders in The Letters of Last Resort, Freeport 11 will be temporarily seceding from Confederation of Freeport legislation and agreements for security reasons. Our base is in lockdown.

We hope to return to the Confederacy once both our leaders are secure aboard our station.
