Good day to you all. I am Administrator Sigismund Rask, the Head administrator of Freeport 9.

I have been greatly concerned by rumors i have heard about brewing inter-zoner conflict. It is due to those rumors and rumblings that i have taken the decision i am here to announce.

I have taken the decision to declare Freeport 9 a Protectorate of the Temporary Autonomous Zoners. The Freeport will be remaining in the Confederation of Freeports.

The freeport will undertake the special status of a Temporary Autonomous Zone in accordance with their traditions.

TAZ security, along with a small OSI contingent, will be taking the place of existing Freeport security on the station.

As part of this arrangement, i will be taking an honorary popehood and remaining as the Administrator of the Freeport.
