To be fair, you have to consider that people don't read every single story post ever written on the forums. The sphere looks like a nomad shield fx, and that's exactly what the characters saw in it. What it really is does not matter. The Order interpreted the effect they saw and until it is proven that it is not of nomad origin by an investigation or whatever they will probably not change their minds.

I don't expect people to read everything, only to know at least ooRPly what they are actually dealing with, especially if they start accusations based on something isn't clearly defined as inRP knowledge. Because that's what I tried to point out in what you quoted from me, that if it looks like a nomad shield fx is not an outright reason to consider it inRP, just as neither are gameplay limitations a reason for the opposite. How the bubble is actually supposed to look like is up to the original owner of the SRP which included the shield bubble FX, Jinx.

Sadly I couldn't find the original SRP, as our dear Catmin (who's talents can be summed up as being rather about looking for excuses why it's not his job to fix things than for ways on how to fix them) pointed out to me than from an administrative viewpoint it is way easier (or maybe lazier) to invis an SRP thread than keeping it visible to the masses with a closing post about it no longer being valid due to ownership change of the vessel, even despite said ownership change having no effect on the roleplay at all. I believe said information and list of links gathered in said "ex-SRP" thread could help a lot to clear up the mess around the shield bubble, but for now all that can be presented is the link to the original roleplay story thread I already linked in my previous post here.
