The SRO ( Sirius Relief Org. ) and the Haven Memorial Clinic are currently preparing a big scale relief convoi to Leeds in order to help the civilians trapped in the camps there. We will carry food supplies and Pharmaceuticals to Leeds and are preparing to evacuate as much refugees as we can cope witzh in the process.

Final relocation point has not been determined, and we are also contacting Bretonian Authorities in this Matter.
All we currently can offer as the Galena Park Resort is still only in planing phase is medcare and a short rest before these refugees are either repatriated to Bretonia as specified through Bretonian Authority, or have been relocated to other suitable destinations.

Still : As we recon with the arrival of possibly several thousand refugees,
we would wish not only to inform LPI and Liberty Government of these plans,
but we would also offer you any assistance needed to control or coordinate these efforts.

We aim at the 20. & 21. of September to fly the convoi.
Please do open a communication concerning this topic as we would be very hampered in this humanitarian effort if we are forced to offer accomodations only withing the space available at the Haven´s Clinic.

Currently we have found a budget of up to 250.000.000 credits from philanthrop donations through libertonian civilians we would eagerly invest in the infrastructure needed to house and supply these refugees on Houston.
The building plans and purchasing negotiations also are at a point where we need your decision to continue.
