With no serious illnesses or mutations due to very specific place of birth, he was announced healthy and, due to circumstances (born on Kusari territory as Luxury Liner belonged to Samura), Kusari citizenship was given. At age 16 he have finished his first pilotage school for civilian vessels, later, in his 20, was proven to be a very good leader - who always stood in the shadow, plotting schemes to do his best.
