Cadet Valeria Alkaeva has done a fine job so far in the Liberty Navy, and the Admiralty has seen fit to promote you to the rank of Ensign. This entitles you to utilize all Libertonian snubcraft, i.e. the Liberator, Guardian, and Avenger, as well as the Upholder bomber.
