He could keep going with Scott Joplin rag time all day and night if he wanted to but people didn't realize classic piano sound in this day and age. Composers of old, songs of old that just couldn't be duplicated. Doc felt this. The more he played, the more he got into it. Another drink loosened him up just a little more. The ivories of the keyboard became so much of him. Songs just started coming to him as did his comfort in voice. Honky Cat
