If you expect me to believe that this is some sort of wholly selfless endeavour designed to give Junkers more things to do, then I'm afraid you may as well be talking to a wall.
You could just admit that you're being a massive hypocrite, but I suppose you sleep easier at night if you try to justify it to yourself as well as to everyone else. You've got three paragraphs of lore and an "engage all Junker" mentality.
