That's not true.
I will not work with Hogosha that act like the ones who managed to nerf the ID to hell, but those were not primarily Hogoshas but players who were looking for an ID to cause trouble.
Therefore, a new brand of Hogosha would ofc be treated as unrelated to those who were just oorp/meta-troublemakers who (ab)used the Hogosha ID.

We will defiintely not attack a Hogosha group that operates in T23 if we do not get attacked/pirated by them.
Edit: Meh. Pirate ID now. Ok. That... makes any coop rather... unlikely. :/ Stupid ID restrictions, hey... it sucks!
