So, a first encounter with you guys, rather unpleasant one. Two of us arrived in Magellan to see three of you shooting a lone D9 ship. I offered you to leave, you did so - that's fine. I follow Ripley while he was tailing one of your guys to make sure he doesn't get into trouble - BAM - four TFG fighters and one indie gunboat near the jump hole. After a small chit-chat, three fighters and a gunboat engaged the two of us. Fine, whatever. After that, a second assassin arrived and your fourth fighter jumped in, fine again. Then, by the time we shot one of yours down, I open my scanner only to see one of the fighters still in range, while remaining ones fled to Vespucci.
I am not complaining about the gank at all. I understand your lack of PvP experience, but what I don't understand are people who attempt to avoid dying at all costs. I'm not ranting about not getting a blue message, or the fact that every single one of you shieldruns while you still have the numbers, but you either engage in a fight and stay until the very end, or you don't engage at all.
Don't do what you just did - it makes your faction look stupid both iRP and OoRP.
That's my honest advice, up to you if you want to accept it and try to change or it stays as it is now.
