Traders/And using more computers

Look, normally Im a rather nice guy, not much given to using harsh language. But in this case I needed to went some steam.

Let me try to explain:

When I started playing, a looong time ago, there were no factions or clans. People were friendly, gave noobs a few millions, and concentrated on earning enough money to buy one of the big ships. That was why most people played on the server, to get access to the big capital ships.
Then more and more people began playing. And they banded together into clans later renamed factions. And then all hell broke lose. War swept through the server, players went nuts and fired at everything that moved. After a while it thankfully seemed that things had calmed down. Wars became regulated affairs and a dedicated PvP area was created. But now things are going the wrong way again. First we had the pirate factions who clamed the right to fire at any trader they came across. Then came the terrorist factions, claiming the right to attack everyone on the server.

Im sick and tired of feeling like a duck during hunting season. Sick and tired of spending more time worrying about whos online, and where they are, than playing. Its just not fun anymore. The fact that I spend more time planning my routes when flying, rather than the flying itself, speaks volumes about the threat of pirates as it is now. Its just not fun anymore. Im playing online in order to meet other people and play with them, not to try to get as far away from them as possible.

Truth is that Ive simply had it! It seems that the pirate and terrorist factions have completely taken over this server. They dictate who lives and who dies. And if you dare speak out against them, youre immediately threatened with a dedicated headhunt. Thats just wrong!
Im sick and tired of this cat and mouse game. Of not being able to go where I want to, when I want to. We should all be allowed to play here. The universe is a big place why try to force your views with death threats and headhunts?

Actually, I think that marauders suggestions are good. But can they be implemented? Would people abide by them? The aggressive stance that most of the pirate and terrorist factions have taken seems to suggest, at least to me, that theyre not really interested in rules and regulations. They just want to fight
