But according to report I got this morning, you violated both conditions which I set as part of approval for construction of your base, because you already started building and even without keeping requested minimal distance. This is not how it works and we can´t tolerate such attitude. Why you didn´t request change of conditions before you started building the base?

For this reason, you are to pay administration fine for violation of two conditions in total sum of 30 million credits to account RFP|Arsenal. Be careful in future, bitte, to not make any more violations.

Regarding your request, after the fine is paid, we are willing to accept change of the minimum safety distance to six kilometers.
