Athenian, I believe that it's mainly [OPG] that are doing this one- the rest of the Corsairs probably only know through this thread. Realize that there are almost as many indie corsairs as there are BHG, oftentimes for the same reasons-PvP abuse. Sad, really, but keep the context in mind.
Also, the Cryer base above Cambridge is more of a Nomad research facility at this point- however, Cryer really has no morals (they made their money getting people hooked on Synth Pot, remember?) as far as serving criminals, are actively hunted by Outcasts (making them partial to any deals with Corsairs), and would probably go for selling pharmaceuticals under the table as opposed to having them stolen at gunpoint with much loss of life.
