Your reasons for applying: I was wandering and happened upon your station. It appears you make available valuable goods, as well as offer reasonable rates for supply. As a Freelancer Trader, I would be interested in doing business at your station.
Hello
Mr. Zachary Ryans
Your papers are not in orders. You have full reputation with Junker and also have reputation with others terrorist organization, so we are rejecting your docking application.

Xaunming Administration,
Papers not in order? Full reputation with Junker?
My apologies gentlemen.. where have you obtained such information..
I did not realize that when I transferred the reputation information to confirm my verification as a Freelancer ID/IFF -- which is 100% accurate -- that the rest of my reputation sheet would be hacked and explored.
I especially did not expect that such unlawfully-obtained information would be brazenly used to reject docking rights, that are otherwise granted to verified Freelancers as myself, when having a clean record of law within Kusari.
It seems to the current methods of obtaining personal information and background checks are the thing here that is most akin to the appearance of a 'terrorist organization', at very least they are most certainly illegal. Such a practice is quite discouraging to see from a so-called 'legal trade centre', as my reputation and business with other associates is done entirely separate from the specified request.
While it is disappointing to see law-abiding Freelancers discriminated against on a whim due to illegal practices, we hope that such an issue will be resolved favorably in the near-future, and invite ye to peruse the legally obtainable Kusari logs that would confirm The.Rover's legality.
I do not conduct illegal activity within Kusari space as ye have implied, so I implore ye to reconsider.
