Dear IND Crew,
My name is Fedel Delazo, a male inhabitant of the Planet Curacao, Cortez. I grew up in a 3-headed family, of me being an only child. My youth was great since i am living on a Planet that is -apparently- a tourist attraction. In general everyone who visits this planet, or lives on this planet, is rich... Well tourists are rich, passengers are rich, VIPs are rich and oh.. Vacationers are rich as well. Until my 18th i attended school, eventually getting myself a degree in basic economics. I have been working part-time in our family business; the flavour bar. Since i was an only child, i had to take over the business one day... My mother died in a terrible accident at the beach while swimming, not giving further details... My dad eventually got old and had to retire. So eventually i took over the bar, still taking care of my dad. But you know... once you're old and worn out, you're done and your children take care of you for the rest of your life.

The bar was our pride. Unfortunately, i could not handle it on my own. I've spoken to my dad about selling the bar. After a couple of months of arguing whether or not we would sell it, we eventually did it. He was worn out, retired. I was young, ambitious. Choices? Well, thats life. Make sure you do the right thing, right now, he said. Don't overthink, don't wait for too long, do it now, or stay silenced forever. So there it was, my circus money. I could do whatever i wanted. Eventually i joined the 'Orbital Spa & Cruise' company. I was young, and ambitious. We had our circus money and we could live forever, and do what we wanted.

I got myself a liner. No, don't think of make-up, it is The "Enterprise", no, my "Flying Vegas". After years of service in the 'Orbital Spa & Cruise' i have been promoted to captain. I got my own crew of 100 men & women and oh.. Don't forget the tourists. The money? Well i'm glad your talking about it. I'm thinking of a shukensha already... Still a long way to go. Pirates everywhere, stealing my well-earned money. Oh well, this is fun. Trading, trading people... Don't forget the experience; i've seen every system out there. I've seen a lot of beautiful places. Money is great, but money can't buy you a REAL experience. A promotion? Great, i'm happy, i achieved something, not with my money but with my own experience. That beautiful lady at the beach? Well, i'll tell you later... The annual crew party? Theres so much to say, so much to experience.

Apparently i'm a philosopical person. What exactly is this big tree? I mean, everybody is talking about cutting something down... I have never seen such a thing on my home planet, Curacao. We only have palm trees over here and no forests. The forest... Like a very big crowd, trying to grab the last sake that is still left in the frigde? Well somebody has 'cut down' the 'biggest tree'. Go ahead, take your sake, i'm proud of you. I've cut down the biggest tree in the forest. I sold our family bar, we got our circus money, my big tree, our biggest tree. My medium? Oh, i was young and ambitious...
