Awesum what I read here, lel. Anyways, Lyth do you really think even one group "APM" can supply BHG+Core with ships? I mean to Kusari/Liberty/Bretonia/Omicrons all at once? Do you really think DHC or Kruger or w/e makes the ships for the Rheinwehr get them from only one company? No, the parts come from all over sirius, get assembled by a company and then given to the Rheinwehr.
I highly doubt that a company that has only 1 Shipyard outside in nowhere can even nearly supply 'only' core with enough capitals as you described in the lore (see here: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=125128 )
And anyways, how much roleplay does APM have? Most likely nothing. So many snubs the BHG has/orders would APM never be able to build.
So now think how realistic that all is, what you have written before. Also your prices, well. Not good - 140 million because someone wanted to RolePlay? And now you say HE MUST pay this fee there's no way around? You are telling him to drop a bounty on his faction if not? Is that the behaviour we should all have? I doubt that. We should be fair, dude.

AP Manufacturing is a ship and weapons research and manufacturing company based within Omicron Rho. The company itself functions out of Alabama Shipyard, under the protection of The Core which own and control Omicron Rho.
The Alabama Shipyard is administered by AP Manufacturing, a diversified heavy industrial company specializing in shipbuilding, ship breaking, station construction, modular construction, civil and military engineering, renewable and project management. AP Manufacturing research, develop, construct and deconstruct the ships and equipment found within the AP line.
They export snubcraft (the Manta Very Heavy Fighter, the Hammerhead Heavy Fighter and the Sea Serpent Light Fighter) and gunboats (the Bottlenose Gunship and the Orca Gunboat) to the Bounty Hunters Guild who are avid buyers and users of this technology. The Bounty Hunters Guild then proceeds to use this technology within House Space and the Borderworlds against hostile criminal elements. It is not uncommon to see these ships also being sold to lawful House Space personnel.
As well as the ships above, AP Manufacturing also produces powerful Capital ships for exclusive use by The Core. The Core utilizes these in their conquest to fulfill their contracts within the Omicrons and the Edgeworlds. It is extremely rare to see AP Capital ships within the hands of anything but The Core.
AP Manufacturing also serves a secondary purpose as a small logistical division of The Core. They collect supplies, materials and other equipment to help assist The Core in their conquest.
It DOES NOT state that APM is the only source of BHG ships. There could be plenty of others as well.
