[Discussion[ Give the Corsair Train the ability to mine Artifacts.

So Currently it is pretty well know mining Artifacts is just a bad Idea. Its not worth it. it it just shouldn't be done. None of the Corsair Ships they can mine in are worth it for the horrendous drop rates.


So letting the Corsair train mine. Why? Why not?
