Good afternoon Mr. Dvir -

Apologies for any confusion, but I would like t' lay rest one such misalignment in yours views of ta Confederation of Freeports. Ta CoF do not turn stations into Freeports, nor do we only assist in matters pertaining t' Freeports. Before ta departure of ta Zoners known as ta Phoenix, Bethlehem Station, Sparta Station, Corfu Station, and others were under ta protectorate of ta Confederation. Are these Freeports? No they are not, but they are Zoner stations. I hope that dispels any confusion you may have had.

Onto ta above message from my compatriot. Phoenix were one of three major Zoner groups or conglomerates, alongside ta TAZ and OSI. They have been around far longer than any of us have, and have ensured that Zoners, of all kinds and from all locations, have not been wiped away from outside forces. Ta Confederation was established as a bridge between them all, not t' control with an iron fist, but t' ensure that all of our stations across Sirius have a framework t' build off of, as well as laws in place for outsiders whom may threaten those stations. I ask that you direct your attention here, t' review ta CoF laws about Zoner stations under our protectorate.

Regarding specifically Corinth station. During my time amongst ta Phoenix, as well as in ta Ingenuus Research Group, I have never seen you utilize Corinth as your own station, nor would that have been allowed. You may have worked with ta scientists there, and may have had an office or lab there, but t' claim it and it's residences as your own? Sad t' say, that is entirely not ta case. Nor do I think ta residences there would have taken very seriously someone in such... radical costumes such as yours. I do appreciate ta "menacing" look you have with your glowing blue eyes? I assume LED's or some time of laser correct? Regardless, ta administratorship of that station will not belong t' one person, and I am sorry t' say, but none of ta founding Zoner groups would allow someone as yourself t' dictate what happens with Corinth, considering your involvement with ta rogue Zoners known as ta ZA, whom attempted t' blockade Omicron 74 and was known t' shoot fellow Zoners. We're sorry, but we will never allow that t' happen again.

As it stands though, it has been decided amongst ta Confederation, which includes t' leaders of OSI and TAZ, that Corinth Station will remain a CoF protectorate station, and will be administrated by ta Ingenuus Research Group, not by a sole figure. As it is a research station, it will remain a research station, and of course anyone whom wishes t' conduct their research there, as well as utilize it's services are of course welcome t'. But any harm, or hostile intent, caused t' ta station, Zoner or not, will not be tolerated. A station dedicated t' ta advancement of Zoners as well as humanity will remain just that - a peaceful station, under ta administratorship of a research group. Ta IRG will be working in tandem with ta Cof, as well as OSI and TAZ t' ensure it is never used for nefarious purposes, nor used for any hostile endeavor. It will remain a free and open station, not t' be governed by a singular person. So by all means Mr. Dvir, you as a Zoner are welcome t' do what you wish aboard Corinth, as long as it does not endanger anyone there, but it will not be ta administrative duties nor will we allow any hostile actions towards anyone, Zoner or not, be conducted aboard or near it. Also, I must get ta name of your costume designer, as I have a party I will be attending soon and would LOVE t' utilize their skills in craftsmenship for a costume.

Good day -

Finn McCool
