New Names all over space

It's not just new names but new tags too, there's a group called -=*HS*=- and another one called {kusari}.

Also PLH. I have seen at least 4 of them already. So far they aren't too powerful. They have a prison liner and armored transport as their traders, and a slipstream as an escort (though not very effective as Jack Sparrow can confirm....).

Last night out of 15 people, I only new 2 and 11 of them were under lvl 45. So yeah. I'd say we are getting a load of new people.
