Allow me to introduce myself. I am Jacob Valent the newly appointed Chief Security Officer for USI. The President of USI has requested that I take over these discussions and be your point of contact on any further issues.

I've been sitting here drinking some Sunbucks Coffee and eating apfuelstrudel while contemplating your latest message. I'll admit to being fairly surprised. You mentioned something in your message that I've thought long and hard about.

We are neighbors and to not show proper respect for one's neighbor is a sign of a lack of character. I will let no one claim that USI disrespects their neighbors. I've been sitting here thinking about how to show and I've had an inspiration. It's is well known that the Rogues have many enemies. These enemies we all know deny the finer things in life to your pilots and perhaps we could help.

I have arranged for an independent ship to be loaded with some "donations" for your pilots. These donations should show how neighborly we can be. Loaded on board will be a variety of goods that could make your lives more comfortable.

I of course cannot just hand over these goods. We of course have to obey and respect the Laws of Liberty. However this vessel will pass near to one of your bases at a mutually convenient time. If the transponder codes were to accidentally be transmitted then I believe that would leave the vessel wide open to be looted.
