Monsieur Amroth,
Apparently there is some inconsistency between your report and the actual deliveries. Instead of the reported eight deliveries of Polymers the dockmaster of Châlons-en-Champagne could verify only one delivery of 2930 units of Polymers arriving to the station, and "a pilot seemingly undecided about where he should unload his cargo, zig-zagging between the planet and Châlons for several minutes". I do not like such inconsistencies, nor people whom I cannot trust, and I hope I do not have to explain this further.[1]C'est tout for now, given the rest of your reports are correct, et oui, the Obstinate now has enough materials for it's construction to be finished within days, but I'd still like to remind you not to forget using timestamps properly next time you make deliveries to any of the stations.
In regards to that Hacker in Liberty, it's noteworthy that you've managed to avoid piracy, yet I still don't trust them, nor their offer of "escort". Notre General used to be in contact with them, but that was long ago and did not protect our haulers from the occasional harassment for long, if at all. Always be careful when dealing with any of them, make sure you have a plan for any possible outcome of an encounter.
[1] It is just a warning and a hint of mistrust inRP, ooRP it means something I didn't really think in the past I need to outline, but it seems I do have to: I do not want to see anybody "cheat" at the construction of any ship. Buying Polymers on Marne then reselling it does not count as a valid delivery, buying it on Marne then selling it on Châlons does not count, selling it on Reims does not count, buying any of the required construction material in Champagne then reselling it on any of the construction yards does not count. Same applies to Roussillon. I hope I'm clear enough this time.
Another thing I want to clarify, that "huge personal financial loss" thing is totally useless/pointless. Most of the construction commodities are given their trade loop including the cheapest possible sell point for the material itself. These routes are to ensure the least financial loss occures to one upon delivery, and with two exceptions they are all more profitable than 2 cr/sec/slot, but none goes below 1,5 cr/sec/slot. In short: it is up to you if you want to deliver cargo with or without "huge personal loss".
