1. No, but the larger question is, do they intend to reapply for official faction status.
2. If no, then docking rights for Corsairs should not be a matter under AW's purview. However, considering the NPC presence, it is doubtful that Corsairs would be welcome on bases that are largely inhabited by, used by and patrolled by hostile NPCs (Bounty Hunters.) This is secondary to the "war" issue, but still applicable.
I. I believe the dog has finally gnawed this bone of contention to the point where we will be seeing a change. However, until this change is announced and official, I will maintain that the AW's membership on the Council of Zoners be honored.
II. The AW ID was created, and should probably still be utilized. Freelancer affiliation is tough, so I'm told, but is it any moreso than Zoner Guard? Whether Outcast affiliation is chosen would of course depend on whether the AW wishes to foment a full-scale Outcast war with Gamma, because no doubt that's what would result.
III. At present, the need for "Zoner Guardians" in Theta, except for isolated pirating instances, is questionable. Yes, the Harvesters are a new threat to Zoners; bu that is true throughout Sirius, not just in Theta. While I would not object to continued Zoner affiliation for the AW, I think they should drop the pretense of existing solely to "protect" Zoners and Zoner interests. Can't do that when you're off having a nice war, eh?
My compliments to those who presented reasonable comments and suggestions.
