I myself did follow the Lithuana as it wasn't replying to me, after he saw me, like 10 mins after I approached, he did exactly this: Went to omega-5 and docked on Hessian Base. Trying to shake me off so he can continue AFKing in space.
Are you being paranoid? Because it smells like paranoia in here. Sure, occasional AFK mishaps happen, but concluding that "all HC members do it" on two separate occasions seems somewhat accusing and even paranoid.
Honestly? I'd just get over it. If you're upset about lulwat members, let the SCRA deal with it, as they will be doing. Chill. Have a sandwich break.
