The Coalition ID does not require opening up. It has suitable targets already in the Military and Police forces of Sirius (plus Gallia), it can hunt smugglers all across Sirius and nothing is stopping them from spreading propaganda. As such there is no need to open it up more than it already is and the utility of Destroyers is a benefit of joining the official faction as well as the wider-range of targets. Furthermore I highly doubt that these would not be spammed to hell if it was opened up to the Coalition ID like it's already done in the Houses and other factions, frankly what I see disturbs me deeply enough to worry about the ships being nerfed heavily in punishment should an individual go on a pleasure cruise in say New York, shooting everything he sees as an 'enemy of the Coalition'.
It is our strong belief as a faction that the S.C.R.A. will simply wither and die since folks will be uninterested in joining the official faction in favour of creating their own faction and RP that could go against the official roleplay of the faction as a whole. The allure of not following orders is a strong one remember and tends to lead to some choices that are highly questionable and when all is said and done the official faction will be called to blame for 'not controlling their indies'.
This is not needed nor desired. That's all I have to say about it.
