as for the rules, they're quite simple to read, everybody understands theres no PVP battle in NY so for him to go and break that because someone upsets him. lol
but ya, doesn't sound like him, but if it is and he's just trying to pee us off making threats then let him. he's already threatened to come back and destroy everything once his bans up apparently but all thats going to get him is a permenant ban, so ya, just leave him be. we can all get on with our characters, and if he wants to come back and role play in accordance to the rules, then so be it :cool:
