Intelligence Faction cloaks (suggestion)

I eventually skipped the whole general discussion about cloaks and went into this specific case;

the rules prevent you to act on screenshots/Intel gathered while cloaked so what will be the point of this?

never really understood that
if you want it to be private:

rp in group chat

have someone with a cloak disruptor. otherwise, what's the point?
