From certain sources, I have heard there is a pelicular persona in and around Rheinland namely Jir So-Kinh. While he has done nothing wrong to our glorious Vaterland, he is sort of wanted name on the MND list - let us call it the "Curiosity List". While it would be improper for me to ask you to arrest him - or morever, imprison him - you should keep an eye on Herr So-Kinh. I suppose he is something that Marinenachrichtendienst would be highly interested in retrieving.
