If anything I brought up that last bit to reinforce the point that Piracy really can't stand to be discouraged and that the opposite(traders) can get away with a lot more ooRP BS without any sort of pressure put on them so I feel like pirates need some more room to breath without having to worry about any misstep resulting in an immediate sanction like there is now, was not meant to be the main point of my post and was mostly just and random tangent that kinda helped support my main point. Probably should have not included it but I tend to ramble when talking about stuff like this.
