What's with the 128 player limit?

I've lowered the player limit, and removed the patch that allowed it because we are looking for the cause of the crashes.

As we are not sure about what is causing the crashes, we are going to follow the normal diagnose method. That is, to remove and shut stuff down one at a time, until the problem is solved. That way, we will know which component/components, is/are the cause of our trouble.

I ask for patience. We are doing this in order to improve the server's stability.

Have you tried asking the guys in Lancers Reactor or other Freelancer Server administrators? Maybe they could help. Asking around couldn't hurt.
