It's good to see a new zoner group, but I have a couple concerns here.
First, I think you should have tried to contact the former Phonix members prior to this attemp, but we are already past that so...
Second, when you list the 74 bases are your installations, I have to warn you that we had problems in the past with the old Phoenix when they denied access to Livadia to an indie zoner, and they got warned by admins because the zoner station ultimately are owned by all zoners colectively, no one faction can claim to really own a station. And even when Phoenix was still around and official, Freeport XV was inRP administered by OSI. Of course we don't own it, as I just said, but that is the current RP.
