On patrol again. Quiet as always. Stopped a Freelancer with a 4,800 cargo Tanker. Told him that his papers doesn't allow him to have any transport over 3,600 cargo. I also told him to switch to a transport with 3,600 cargo or less. Another option was to get proper papers to be able to use said ship. He complied with no trouble beside a little slow with responding, and contacted me say he applied for DSE papers.
