FischerFritz has been sanctioned for:

1.2 Disconnecting from the server in any situation involving player interaction is not allowed. If you lose server connection, you should get back in game as soon as possible to continue the interaction. If that is not possible, post a note here.

Consequences: Disconnecting from the server to avoid a player interaction can be an easy way out of a bad situation. However, it is against server rules. If you get caught by Liberty lawfuls flying your Rheinland cruiser above Manhattan, you are going to have to start doing some fast flying or smooth talking. Loss of credits and sanction note in your cargo bay. If you F1 again, more credits will be taken and pieces of your ship will start falling off. Please don't F1 out of an interaction again.
