Please put in a way to transfer money

Hoodlum says it won't happen because then it's too easy to stack credits.

In response, the community suggested that there would be restrictions on who can transfer/how often one can transfer. Example, only those level 40 and above can conduct transfers. Or something like that.

IMO, it works.

I would love this.
This would work quite well, in my opinion, and I think we should at least give it a try.
