You should be lucky it was actually added in game, because there used to be only the Nomad trial ID for years. I remember how the community was begging for a nomad id you could use nomad ships you could actually kill other people and especially not only in self defense, you gotten it and it's again not enough.
When you want caps and sirius wide ZoI join the K'hara, but for that you should show some effort.
