Subject: Cincinnati Refit Following the consolidation of Auxesia's forces with the addition of the Initiative's fleet, The "Monument"-Class Dreadnought Cincinnati is in need of a rearm, refit, and transponder modification. This however, posed a problem, due to a lack of access to such resources and a facility to make the needed modifications. However, upon requesting the necessary equipment, and supplying the Guild with Fifty-Million Credits (50,000,000 SC) we now have temporary access to Singapore Shipyard, to replace the Liberty LDH-24v "Collapser" Primary Battleship Turrets and Liberty LDL-14v "Jackhammer" Secondary Battleship Turrets with IMG-T3b Primary Battleship turrets, and IMG-T3a Secondary Battleship turrets, under the same agreement as the Nanda Devi bomber craft. The process of the refit should take no more than seven (7) solar days.
An escort to the Taus, via the Omegas, Sigmas, and Omicrons, has been plotted, to prevent detection by the Royalist Forces of Gallia, which would pose a threat to not only ourselves, but the Independent Miners Guild. Small escort craft, consisting of two (2) fighters, and two (2) bombers, will rendezvous with the Cincinnati in Omega-49, escorting the vessel to Singapore. At any point in time, if the vessel is detected, escorts are to separate and cause a diversion, until A) It's stealth system is engaged, or B) The threat is eliminated. Upon arrival, escorts will remain present in neighboring systems until the rearm and transponder changes are completed. Added security, and the opportunity to further develop relations with the Miners Guild are the main reasons for remaining.

It is my personal opinion that it's within our best interest to avoid divulging any relevant or important information within proximity of this individual.
