To whomever it may concern,

Your facility was discovered within the Commonwealth claimed system of Humboldt, and upon review it was constructed illegally and without the consent of the Commonwealth of House Liberty. Further investigation shows the station to deny Legion craft docking access, and has prevented us from continuing our inspection. By order of the Commonwealth of House Liberty, and under the jurisdiction of the Hellfire Legion, you are to comply with the following:

- Submit an explanation and description of your organization and facility.
- Deliver 50,000,000 S.C to [HF]-Armoury.1
- Permit Legion ([HF]) vessels to dock on your facility.
- Submit a formal apology to the Commonwealth for attempted squatting.

Once these are met, you will be permitted to resume your lives within Commonwealth territory, under the protection of the Legion's military force. You have approximately eight hours to respond.
