Good to see you've realized your position judging by your tone. Freinships are something I am open to but only to an extent. Declaring war on the Armed forces wouldn't be to satisfy anyones ego including my own. It could work to benefit my friends, but at the same time it is not my main focus which is why like I said -I could care less-.
The evidence you've provided me with only shows Gunnar acting against the Armed forces pilot. I do not see him assaulting civilians or engaging in piracy. He may have acted against a law enforcement officer, but to my understanding officers should be able to handle small situations easily such as this one Ja?
Handing Gunnar over to you wouldn't damage the Armee's reputation at nor mine, but at the same time the agreement does not force me to hand over pilots whenever you see it fit. I could easliy handle this issue myself and confine him or worse. Lastly, if this were to end in a open conflict my allies would see the Armee as even more loyal to them. Our relations have never been an alliance, this has always been a non-agression pact. My credibility as a leader would not be damage should I act in defense of my allies vs those who are at war with my allies. So again, give myself and the Armee a good reason to hand over one pilot who failed to really -harm- anyone based on your evidence.
