Interestingly enough, gravedigging a thread is neither explicitly nor implicitly in violation of the stated forum rules, which means we would be operating inside the "common law" area of Discovery, so to speak.
We would then have to question why a prohibition against gravedigging exists inside of Internet culture.
But frankly,

I'm on my phone and can't be arsed.

So let's just let it be.

The same reason why we roll our eyes whenever someone says that 84 was better.
