One of those trainees literally goes to uni for 3d design, that is irreplaceable in a development team which works on a game limited by technology from the early 2000s. Another one of those trainees has been playing Discovery since 2008 and has a better grasp on the lore than you or most others probably ever will. Rank =/= experience.
well it is too bad these trainees are taking advantage and since they feel irreplacable they feel immune to even admin decisions.
