Estimated Mr. Sommers,

On behalf of the BAF I will outline what we think a privateer in service of the Crown should operate like.
First and foremost, not damaging Bretonia is to be guaranteed, otherwise the sense of the letter of marque is nill. This includes not to harm traffic by Bretonian corporations, but at the same time traffic that delivers goods for our war effort since those are crucial for the ongoing of our defense.
This includes the majority fo traffic in the Omega region, the Cortez/Magellan routes and some shiploads from the north. I trust you can judge wich cargo will benefit the nation and act accordingly by not disrupting or halting said vessels.
Secondly you should not work in our homeland. The very sense of your operations for the Crown is to destabilize the enemy, not us. Accordingly halting trade in Bretonia and making it less attractive is not beneficial.
I advice to concentrate your act on the Tau region, mainly on traffic delivering goods from and to Gallia, as well as those brining supplies to their troops. Last but not least smugglers and breachers of the Tau blocade are valid targets.
On a personal note, I appreciate that the Privateers still urge to help their nation and people, guarding our interests beyond the Armed Forces reach.
