INITIALIZING MESSAGE

This is a public statement of the National Council of Malta.

As of now the old laws imposed by the Crimson Cross are no longer valid.

From now on the Constitution of Territorial and Interstellar Laws will be enforced within our known and listed territory.

Please note that, if you wish to continue agreements made with past ruling bodies and organisations that you have to contact the National Council directly.
