Great stuff. Good choice. The combined duties were time consuming enough without over bloating any of them with procedures. I always preferred the case by case basis paired with competent investigation. Reality can be weirder then fiction and a little elbow room is needed for unconventional situations.
0.0 rule was always funny to me. A club for the players to keep each other in check (somewhat). I recall only treating it as a reminder and didn't use that rule when delivering sanctions. It was redundant because we already had a pretty vague general rule already that let us drop the hammer on trouble makers. 1.2 or 1.4...can't remember exactly. Maybe I'll read what the current rules are someday.
I digress. Thumbs up from me. I know the decision will give the team more time to work on their primary duty; keeping the place running including all the things it can offer.
