At least you came to the forums...

Well, most people have at least one Trader character to get funds for their other characters. I would suggest getting a Trader ID and grabbing a transport. A good route that won't get you killed is Cambridge to New Berlin (the planets), Engine Components and Prisoners back and forth. Troll through the RP threads, and try and join a faction- look at the other proposals to get a feel for what people write to get accepted into a faction. They'll usually be willing to help you, and if they aren't, let me know and we'll beat them up :P
