Here, you can call me Sentinel. My name is unimportant, so let's keep it that way. I'm well aware of SEI's status concerning Liberty, and I'm of a mind to believe that your group has had it's run of bad luck for long enough. Therefore, I will be reviewing your case. Questions will follow, and I'd ask that you answer them truthfully and honestly. Otherwise, this will only go back to the same petty bickering.

Firstly, what are your intentions and goals? Exactly what does SEI do aside from be sharp and culturally traveled? The Navy's goals and intentions are straightforward and posted on our page on the Neural Net. Yours, however, is not so easily accessible, and is therefore subject to speculation as to what exactly your group's motives are.

Secondly, are our past concerns still valid? Previously, the Navy was under the impression that SEI was operating under the guise of the Marinenachrichtendienst, the Rheinland Military Intelligence Bureau. While I'm sure I don't need to tell you that Liberty doesn't like foreign military agencies acting within Liberty, it comes as no surprise that SEI was originally given a bad eye for your affiliation, and that just didn't sit well with the rest of the armed forces.

Thirdly, has SEI changed since our last encounter, and why exactly were Marinenachrichtendienst ships operating inside our space? What's your side? Liberty doesn't want foreign agencies acting inside Liberty. We get enough Kempeitai and Order nonsense from the fools up north. We really don't need the same drama stabbing us in the back, and with Liberty as it is now, we wouldn't turn down anything that could give us even a slight edge (no pun intended).

This proposal you're giving us in exchange for access to our space is intriguing, but we'd at least like to know what we're dealing with here. I personally have had no problems with SEI before, and considering this 'Deltabase' is inside of the front lines in Leeds, this could prove very profitable for both sides. Liberty doesn't need more enemies, and I'd welcome trade back with open arms.
